Are you intrigued by or fascinated about the flora and fauna of the Earth? Are you interested in the way various news, journalism, and media outlets cover the natural sciences? If you answered yes to both of these questions, then you’re in the right place!
This is one of my personal blogs. It isn’t science journalism nor is it about the science journalism profession. It’s also not an environmental blog, per se. It is a place where I synthesize and express my thoughts about all things related to the public dissemination of informational articles, stories, and multi-media about the natural and physical sciences.
Blog posts run the gamut from commentary on news, magazine, and journal articles to opinions on scholarly efforts related to science journalism. However, I do reserve the right to pretty much talk about anything related to science, scientists, and science news that focuses on the natural world. Because I have a special interest in the marine environment, don’t be surprised if posts tend to lean, topically, in that direction.
There’s always something on my mind, and I’m usually not hesitant to share it (though you may find it useless or otherwise uninformative). Hopefully, you’re here because you have some interest in all this.
